| Claire & Myles Horton have been in the ceramic
business for 35 years. Claire has been certified by several major color
lines, taught ceramics, and candle making at 3 different schools. She has
had several articles published in Ceramic Arts & Crafts and Popular
Ceramics. She has also taught classes in her home studio and in other shops.
Myles has been more involved in the business since his retirement as a
quality control engineer. He does all the pouring, firing and glazing.
Plus, he helps with sales.
Besides Ceramics they love to Square Dance, go Camping and Travel. Their recent trip to Orlando allowed Myles to take a extensive mold making class and Claire to take her International Teachers and Judges Tests. She passed both. Also passed her Basic Hobby Colorobbia certification and attended three advanced classes.
